Projecthaus PLT is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing top-notch education consultation and job placement services. We are looking for a reliable and responsible **Office Assistant** to join our team and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
**Responsibilities**:
**Office Maintenance & Cleaning**:
- Ensure the office is clean and tidy at all times, including workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Handle basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and emptying trash bins.
- Monitor and restock office supplies, including pantry items and cleaning materials.
**Director & Team Assistance**:
- Prepare and serve drinks (tea, coffee, water) for the director, staff, and guests.
- Assist in organizing meetings, setting up rooms, and arranging refreshments.
- Run small errands, such as collecting documents or office supplies when needed.
**General Office Support**:
- Assist with simple administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
- Ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and guests.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc office-related duties as required.
**Requirements**:
✔No prior experience required, but cleaning or office support experience is a plus.
✔Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
✔Friendly and helpful attitude with good communication skills.
✔Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
