Office Management Assistant

**About the Role**
We are looking for a **reliable and organized Office Management Assistant** to support our daily office operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things in order, assisting with administration tasks, and helping the office run smoothly.
**What You Will Do**
- Assist in **day-to-day office administration** (filing, data entry, document handling)
- Help with **managing office supplies** and inventory
- Support **coordination of meetings, schedules, and communications**:
- Provide assistance to management and colleagues when needed
- Ensure the office environment remains **organized and efficient**
**Who We Are Looking For**
- Minimum SPM / Diploma (any field)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team
- No prior experience required - **training and guidance will be provided**
