1. Assist in conducting financial and business analvsis for the operations/products (business planning, budgeting and forecasting) to improve profitability and financial performance 2. Assist in developing business plans and financial projections of strategic initiatives or new products to support management decision making 3. Managing key cost drivers and identify areas for improvement and cost savings 4. Support respective business or function head in achieving business strategy and financial KPIs 5. Support marketing department to prepare and review product costing for pricing and quotation to customers 6. To support compliance with accounting policies and SOP based on corporate guidelines and financial reporting standards 7. Assist in month end closing of management account - analysis and reconciliation of financial data 8. Assist in annual budget and quarterly financial forecast 9. To ensure cost and inventory management systems are properly maintained and meet the needs management and comply with the financial reporting standards Review and monitor of stock obsolescence and inventory turnover Coordinate with operation on inventory related matters Coordinate annual stock take 10. Perform Ad Hoc assignment and other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time
