Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

What will I be doing?

**You will be working on a project basis. For each project**:

- You will be designing training schedules, coordinating and liaising with key stakeholders including BPO to ensure that all labelers successfully go-live within the targeted time frame.
- You will deliver process/product/policy training in classroom and/or virtually to new joiners. BPO labelers and trainers.
- You will be involved in setting up product knowledge tests, sharing result analysis and work with key stakeholders to improve the product knowledge of the labelling team.
- You will have to support any short term/long term/ad hoc task in a project if it is required.
- You will be responsible to provide detailed analysis of errors and feedback to the respective teams through calibration sessions and recommended ways to improve quality score.
- You will be responsible to work with different teams to review and finalize disputes to identify overkill rate in respective teams.
- You will be monitoring the queue data and recording daily output, communication and working closely with BPO and RD if any system/platform issue arises.
- You will have to support QA related projects if needed such as process optimization, sampling plan, appeal mechanism, labeling policy optimization, and policy cascading process.

**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me?
- Fluency in English is required as the role requires communication with English markets; other language ability is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Quality Assurance role, experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling will be an added advantage.
- Experience in dealing with BPO is compulsory.
- Your experience in conducting training or guiding will be an added advantage.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to adapt to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess basic Excel skills, such as Pivot table and Vlookup function.
- Experience in linguistics or language-based role is a plus.
- Current QAs with basic knowledge of quality management/training are preferred.
