Responsibility Teaching and implementing programmes for the development of the children according to NALURI concepts. Doing and executing Lesson Plan for the class Ensuring all the teachers in the centre comply with the company policy and complete their administrative responsibilities such as Lesson Plan, reports, etc. Ensuring all teachers in the centre can teach and provide child care according to NALURI concepts and SOP. Managing physical facilities by working hand in hand with the management to make sure all buildings and equipment are maintained and safe for children, staff and visitors. Monitoring children's progress and conferring with parents or guardians. Working hand in hand with the management to ensure the smooth process of invoicing to parents. Being mediator in between teachers and company's management. Working hand in hand with the management to handle children events for the centre. Communicating and discussing with parents in accordance with the NALURI SOP Benefits EPF, EIS and SOCSO Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law Accommodation covering utility and Internet access.
