Client Support Coordinator

Engaging with clients to address queries and provide information about our trading platforms and service offerings.
- Assisting clients in resolving technical and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborating with different departments to efficiently resolve client concerns.
- Monitoring and reviewing live chat conversations to maintain the highest quality standards within the department.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Proficient in computer usage, with excellent command of CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail, adept at multitasking, and capable of managing a significant volume of inquiries while maintaining accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
