**Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Accounting Support** to join our team. This role involves processing supplier invoices for inventory purchases made by our branches and purchasing group, as well as handling accounts payable matters efficiently and professionally.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain supplier relationships and resolve match exception issues.
- Verify supplier invoices for compliance and accuracy.
- Process invoices, credits, and payments to suppliers.
- Review and reconcile supplier statements.
- Assist stores, vendors, and internal teams with invoicing requirements.
- Identify and implement procedural improvements for efficiency.
- Plan, organize, and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Complete special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting **(fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)** — _please attach your academic transcript_.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and good math aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Residing in Johor (or willing to relocate) — **please state your exact residential location**.
- Must not have plans to work in Singapore.
- Positive attitude, initiative, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
