To head crime prevention from internal and external threats.
- Identify all security related risks of the site through thorough and regular assessment.
- Plan and arrange for necessary mitigation and security risks preventive measures.
- Plan, execute and monitor all measures to ensure positive outcomes on crime prevention, other incident prevention, attend to incidents, related mitigations, sufficient and efficient in deployment of security manning and their performance.
- Attend to all incidents and emergencies, screen and review all incoming reports and to lead investigation of all major incidents or whenever is required.
- To lead by example and always be firm in all dealings.
- Conduct or attend daily briefing, weekly meeting / discussion / training with the security team or other department/vendor.
- Coordinate or to assist in specific activities, assignment and events.
- To develop and ensure all execution as per SOP and all records are well kept for references.
- Regular rapport with the industry players and local authorities.
- To perform any other related duties as per determined by the management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in any field or minimum SPM with 5 credit and any professional security certifications.
- Having Auxiliary Police credential or Ex Police Officer or Armed Force Officer is an advantage.
- At least 5 years working experience in security related industry or manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in supervisory position.
- Proven track record with supporting documents of recommendations, training attended and certification received.
- Able to lead a team of security personnel and with knowledge of the uniformity requirements as security practitioner or as per the security industry standard.
- Good knowledge of related by laws i.e. Criminal Procedure Code, Penal Code, Police Act and Home Ministry / KDN requirements.
- Computer literate i.e. MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Able to deal professionally with all stakeholders including customers and work independently and with less supervision.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
