**Responsibilities**
- _Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms_
- _Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them_
- _Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing_
- _Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value_
- _Display and market real property to possible buyers_
- _Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)_
- _Manage property auctions or exchanges_
- _Maintain and update listings of available properties_
- _Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors_
- _Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors_
- _Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services_
- _Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice_s

**Requirement and Skills**
- _2 years working experience_
- _Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills_
- _Pleasant and trustworthy_

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
