**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for both strategic and tactical management of Finished Goods delivery from end to end -Define and monitor supplier performance indexes -Daily/weekly updates to Lam stakeholders on delivery status from Remote Factories -Be the single point of contact for escalation point for delivery issues/ misses -Ensure supply chain and material readiness to support transition requirements (product and factory transitions) -Work closely with engineering and suppliers to resolve complex problems to ensure on time delivery of critical material to support customers and company requirements. -Lead cross-functional teams / manage task force activities in support of critical supplier recovery and support plans -Monitor product cost preventing negative PPV and supporting cost reduction efforts -Review/approve expedite fees in support of delivery requirements -Process improvement to deploy & develop best known methods related to procurement, inventory control (e.g., JIT, Kanban, min/max) & manufacturing strategies -Manage merge in transit process and execute to supply chain strategies (material, inventory, capacity, recovery and etc) -Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or Business-related field
- More than 5 years related experience in Supply chain operation and planning management
- Excellent knowledge of logistics program management including previous experience working with supply chain and a thorough understanding of best practices.
- SAP knowledge is a MUST
- Highly competent communicator who can successfully interact with cross functional teams, sponsors, management and business partners
- Proven ability to identify project objectives and project approach to achieve business needs
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Some travel will be required.
