**The Impact You’ll Make**:
At Lam, as a Supply Chain Business Manager, you play a crucial role in partnering with suppliers to drive operational excellence. Your data-driven approach ensures effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring material movement through our dynamic global production cycle. You’ll benchmark and monitor supplier performance to manage risk. By driving continuous supplier process improvements you support the productivity and efficiency of Lam's operations.

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Supply Chain Business Manager, you will help drive delivery and supplier operational excellence within a global supply chain. This role is within the **Supply Chain Operations team and Pilot NPI**is instrumental in helping Supply Chain navigate through record ramps and other operational complexities thrown our way. In this position, you will help **manage global factories and have responsibility for multiple suppliers within the RF Technology, Capacitor Technology, and RF Active Sensor Commodities.**
- Plans, schedules, and monitors the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required materials purchases.
- Defines metrics and monitor supplier performance against these expectations to ensure continuous supplier improvement. Regularly evaluate quality and performance benchmarks, and the risks associated with the preferred supply base selection.
- Continuously working on process improvement to deploy & develop best known methods related to procurement, inventory control (e.g., JIT, Kanban, min/max) & manufacturing strategies
- Established goals with supplier to ensure material delivery meet forecasted demand.
- This individual should also possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a close-knit team setting.
- Works with engineering and the supplier to resolve complex problem to ensure on time delivery of critical material to support customer and company requirements.
- Develops presentation, white papers, process flow charts to support continues process improvement projects.
- Works with supplier to monitors product cost preventing negative PPV and supporting cost reduction efforts.
- Drive the improvement of the suppliers’ manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and on-time-delivery.
- Management key performance metrics - supplier OTD, consignment, lead-time reduction, inventory as E&O mitigation.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or applied sciences.
- 8-12 years’ experience in managing global suppliers and various commodities.
- Having Semiconductor Equipment Industry Experience is preferred.
- Experience in NPI, project transition and sourcing localization will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with scalable and repeatable results.
- Knowledge, experience and practical use of Microsoft Excel, SAP or other ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills - Macros, Pivot Tables, Data Lookup/Indexing, Dashboards.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% (including domestic and international), mostly domestic travel for internal meetings.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Public speaking/ Executive level presentation skills
- Experience in managing $80-$100M of supplier spend

**Added advantage but not compulsory**:

- Minimum knowledge of understanding bill of material (BOM), fabrication drawing and specification.
- Have experience using Power BI and rapid response tools.
- Having experience in RF Technology, Capacitor Technology, and RF Active Sensor Commodities. or industry.
