**Responsibilities**:

- 1. At least 3 Year (s) of working experience in the related field (office furniture).
- 2. Possess skills in organization, teaching, and details oriented planning so that they can coordinate with departments, clients (homeowner), contractors/ sub-con.
- 3. Able to perform full authority for personnel/ super emergency actions.
- 4. Possess own transportation and willing to travel intensively.
- 5. Inspection of the operations process to make sure that all materials and procedures comply with the plan and specifications.
- 6. Closely follow inspection guidelines/ Site Visit Check List Form to perform a variety of critical inspection procedures and produce reports.
- 7. Perform routine inspections by following thus position Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of site visitation.- Reports to Head Projects and General Manager
- To assist and oversee project site and service operations task.
- To monitor and coordinate project schedule, deliveries and update management on project progress from time to time.
- To attend to project and clients meetings and enquiries.
- Ensure timely follow up for site delivery, installations, services, defects, resolve discrepancies and documentation closeout
- Co-ordination of all works, carried out in accordance with the project schedule.
- Supervision and monitoring all direct labours, and sub-contractors in line with companies safe works procedures and regulations.
- Handle after sales service of products and process warranty claims follow up with Customer Care Team.
- To undertake any other related tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time
