**Jobscope**:

- Responsible to handle sales leads from in-bound phone calls and website enquiries.
- Client servicing & relationship building
- Able to come up with clear event marketing strategies
- Manage the events process throughout, from planning, to delivery as well as post event follow up and analysis
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors for quotations, venue recce, site measurements, bookings, permits, etc
- Effective end-to-end event project management
- To oversee event build ups from start to finish, whilst ensuring all health and safety aspect are met.
- Working with the team collaboratively to build, maintain and confirm a healthy pipeline of events
- To take on client servicing role for assigned accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure deadlines are met.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Sales, Event Management, Event Operations, Customer Service, Project Management, Marketing.
- Proven track record in delivering high level events in Malaysia
- Passionate about the events industry
- Able to come up with creative ideas to pitch
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- Ability to lead an event and direct client decision making

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
