PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist and oversee the operations (MHDM, REMY, HAP)
- To liaise with Freight Forwarding Team with regards to all Government Agencies such as Customs, KKM, OGA and Perolehan
- Involve closely with all internal and external parties in Tax Stamp Purchase process
- Work with Customs Vendor to speed up Tax Stamp Purchase process
- To supervise and manage the YCH staff & contract staff (overall)
- To monitor all the deliveries are followed as per schedule time (As per route planner schedule)
- To monitor the maintenance of MHE truck such as: Forklift, Power Truck & Reach Truck.
- To perform all assigned tasks including administrative matters assigned
- To learn and understand all operational tasks, scope and ISO procedures.
- To perform other job-related functions as and when required.
- To assist in ensuring that the Warehouse area is well maintained.
- To ensure optimum loading efficiency.
- To coordinate with Route Planner to ensure trucks arrive on time.
- Verify YCH staffs/Contract staff OT.
- Control OT YCH staffs/Contract Staffs
- Documentation proper (Filling) for account for MHDM
- Raise PR for warehouse needs.
- Handle weekly Operation Meeting regarding warehouse issues.
- To assist Facility Team On internal Maintain where is needed.
- Communicate with vendor for warehouse needs (if required) system.
- Internal Reporting to Manager
- Duty Free Tracking Report by Weekly (Every Monday)
- Equipment Check List Report by Weekly (Every Monday)
- Fire extinguisher -Monthly (1st day Of the Month)
- Operation Staff Attendant Report by weekly (Every Monday)
- To attend all training and presentation on health and safety matters as well as accident prevention.
- To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedure and customer requirements as well as safety rules that are rolled out from time to time.
- Prepare monthly KPI for MHDM
- Prepare monthly QC KPI
- Review daily MHDM operation tracking file

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree with 2 years of experience (Forwarding Experience related in Alcohol Industry)
- Diploma with 3 years of experience (Forwarding Experience related in Alcohol Industry)
- Certificate / STPM / SPM with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Computer literate
- Able to communicate in English
