  • Key Responsibilities:Freight & Forwarding OperationsCustoms & Regulatory ComplianceClient & Vendor ManagementCost Control & OptimizationDocumentation & ReportingRequirement· Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.· Minimum 5–7 years' experience in freight forwarding, preferably in a 3PL or logistics company.
  • Oversee international and domestic freight forwarding activities (air, sea, land).
  • Manage booking, routing, documentation, and delivery of shipments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of import/export shipments and clearance.
  • Ensure all shipments comply with local, international, and customer-specific customs regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on tariff codes, duties, and trade regulations.
  • Liaise with customs brokers and authorities for smooth clearance processes.
  • Serve as the key contact for customers regarding freight and forwarding matters.
  • Work with internal teams (warehouse, transport, customer service) to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
  • Maintain good relationships with external service providers including forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
  • Monitor freight costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Optimize freight mode selection and routing.
  • Prepare freight budgets and ensure spending is within targets.
  • Ensure proper and timely preparation of shipping and customs documents
  • Generate regular performance and cost reports for management.
  • Investigate and resolve any shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies.
