**Position Overview**: The Junior Personal Assistant (JPA) will provide administrative and organizational support to senior management and staff. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with daily office tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
- Prepare and manage documents, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets as required.
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Coordinate travel logistics including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing itineraries for business trips.
- **Personal Assistance**:

- Provide personal support to the senior management, including running errands and managing personal schedules when necessary.
- Assist with organizing events or personal gatherings as needed.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Manage and update contact lists and databases.
- **Office Management**:

- Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, equipment, and liaising with vendors.
- Support with office setup, maintenance, and ensuring the workspace is conducive to productivity.
- **Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous administrative or office support experience preferred, but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- Office-based with occasional travel or remote work required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
