**Company Description**

BLH ECOENERGY SDN. BHD.'s was founded in Y2022, we are specialized in installing EV charging station, our business includes Operation of generation facilities that produce electric energy, other retail sale in in non-specialized stores. We are looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary/Objective:
**This position shall be responsible for assisting the Asst. Operation manager in**tracking, supporting, and managing electric vehicle charging station (EVCS) installation projects and operations.

**It’s a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects related to the installation of EV charging stations and related infrastructure**.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. **Project Planning & Coordination** - Develop and manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials to installation sites.

2. **Site Collaboration** - Work closely with site teams, conduct site visits, and prepare technical drawings and/or visual illustrations to support the acquisition of permits and regulatory approvals within the required timeframe.

3. **Cross-Functional Communication** - Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Procurement and Installation team, as well as external parties including Contractors, and Clients. Provide regular project status updates to ensure alignment and timely achievement of milestones.

4. **Project Scheduling** - Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and keeping superior informed of progress.

5. **Documentation Management** - Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

6. **Quotation & Regulatory Compliance** - Prepare quotations and ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are secured promptly.

7. **Timeline Management & Filing** - Ensure each project is completed within the planned timeline and manage documentation and filing for both pre-installation and post-installation phases.

8. **Quality & Safety Compliance** - Coordinate necessary inspections and testing of installations to meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Technology Engineering or related field with 1- 2 years working experience in related field/ electrical industries.
- _**Knowledge in reading Electrical drawing SLD is a must.**_
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the EV or related industry.
- Understanding of EV charging infrastructure, electrical systems, and relevant technologies.

Skills and Competencies:

- Proficient in Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Engineering Drawing Skills
- Knowledge in electrical system is preferable
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience is doing presentation.
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols.
- Willing to travel.
