**Company Description**

BLH ECOENERGY SDN. BHD. is an EV chargers station installation company located in Kuantan includes the operation of generation facilities that produce electric energy, as well as other retail sales in non-specialized stores. We are dedicated to promoting sustainable energy solutions and supporting the growth of electric vehicle infrastructure throughout the country.

**Job Summary/Objective**:
This position shall be responsible for assisting the project manager in coordination of the whole project period. It’s a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects related to the installation of EV charging stations and related infrastructure.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Project Planning & Coordination including project timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Work closely with Site teams including site visit, doing presentation to customer and to address any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Installation team & Sub-contractor to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain and update project schedules to project manager, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the EV or related industry.
- Understanding of EV charging infrastructure, electrical systems, and relevant technologies.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Knowledge in electrical system is preferable
- Experience is Sales is encouraged to apply
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience is doing presentation.
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols.
