Nurture Signature Market customer to fans.
- Engage with customers on social media / offline club.
- Interact, listen and observe customer behavior, daily needs and identify buying habits and situation.
- To act as the bridge between a brand and the community it is aiming to create (i.e. a loyal audience or group of core consumers connected by a similar interest).
- Able to empathize with the customer and know how to respond in a manner that reflects the brand's values and identity.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Manage workshops including Emcee, support as backend in workshop, increase attendance rate of participants, follow up with participants etc.
- Copywriting, create an analysis report and process flow to capture data.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
**Job Requirements**
- Requires organizational skill and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
- Organize workshop (online & offline) for Signature Market customers including Weekends, holidays and after working hour.
- Plan and execute offline engagement events.
- Perform data analysis to understand customer buying behavior.
- PR major / psychology major will be an added advantage.
- Preferably some experience in people management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Willing to standby all the time for ad hoc task.
- Resourceful, Independent, Problem Solver, Result-driven and Self-motivated.
- Good time management & Stress management.
- Malaysian Only.
