Corporate Communications Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Brand Management & Corporate Identity**
- Develop, implement, and maintain **brand guidelines** to ensure consistent representation of the company across all platforms and materials.
- Oversee **corporate branding initiatives** including logo usage, templates, color schemes, and tone of voice.
- Ensure all departments and partners adhere to the established brand standards.
- Lead rebranding or brand refresh projects as required.
**2. Marketing & Sales Support**
- Conceptualize, prepare, and update **sales kits**, brochures, and other marketing collaterals for business development and client presentations.
- Vet and approve all **marketing content** (digital, print, video, etc.) to ensure alignment with corporate branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with sales and business units to develop **campaign materials** that support revenue generation and market expansion.
**3. Digital & Social Media Management**
- Oversee the company’s **website content and branding**, ensuring alignment with corporate identity and strategic goals.
- Develop and manage the company’s **social media strategy** from a branding and reputation perspective.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, ensuring brand voice consistency and engagement with target audiences.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams/agencies to execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness.
**4. Public Relations & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Serve as the company’s **PR representative**, managing media relations, press releases, and external communications.
- Liaise with **government agencies, industry bodies, and strategic partners** to strengthen corporate positioning and credibility.
- Plan and execute **corporate PR events**, sponsorships, and programs that enhance brand visibility and public trust.
- Identify and participate in **branding and award programs** that recognize the company’s excellence and contribute to its reputation.
**5. Strategic Branding & Revenue Initiatives**
- Develop branding strategies that directly **support revenue generation** and market differentiation.
- Conceptualize and manage **programs or campaigns** that elevate brand perception and create new business opportunities.
- Track branding performance metrics and report insights to management for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years** experience in corporate communications, branding, or PR.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media branding.
- Excellent command of **English and Bahasa Melayu**.
- Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
