Job Description: Sales Executive

Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility is to sell products or services to potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, effective communication, and strong sales skills to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:Identify and research potential clients and target markets.
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.

**Client Acquisition**:Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Understand client needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet those needs.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

**Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Market Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and challenges.

**Sales Reporting**:Keep accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and improve overall business performance.

**Continuous Learning**:Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.09 - RM2,200.21 per month
