**Job Summary**:
The Human Resources Assistant provides essential administrative support to the HR team, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, record-keeping, attendance monitoring, and HR compliance. You will work closely with Assistant HR Manager to maintain employee documentation, facilitate onboarding processes, and handle inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing and conducting recruitment, onboarding sessions, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Familiarity with HR systems (Orisoft), handling data entry, report generation, and Panel clinic system (Mainly in registration, termination, and generating staff’s utilisation reports).
- Manage employee records, including attendance, leaves, personnel files, and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor and track attendance records.
- Prepare Letters of Appointment and other HR-related correspondence as needed.
- Assist in staff engagement activities and employee recognition programs, to enhance the overall employee experience and cultivate a positive workplace environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Human Resources or hospitality management is a plus.
- Fresh Graduate
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a strong desire to build a career in Human Resources.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and learn from experiences.
- Processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
