**Responsibilities**:

- Execute effective recruitment strategies. Identify and explore new sourcing channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits, such as insurance, leave, and claims.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure all documentation, orientation, and clearance procedures are properly handled.
- Coordinate and monitor employee training programs, assist in administering the staff training and updating of staff training records.
- Handle leave and claims processing, ensuring documents are collected, verified, and filed accurately
- Support and participate in HR projects such as Learning & Development Programs, Employee Engagement activities, and appraisal activities.
- Assist in administering employee probation’s employment contract and resignation and do all needful documentation processes as required by internal procedures and statutory requirements.
- Assist with day to day operations of the human resource and administration functions and duties
- Undertake such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Executive or HR Generalist role
- Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of human resources best practices and Malaysian employment laws
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Applicants must be willing to work in **Petaling Jaya.**

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
