**Job Title: Human Resources Executive**

**Summary**:
Dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive with 2 years of experience in core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR operations, and policy implementation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach to supporting organizational goals and employee engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, including leave, attendance, and personal files.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in compliance with labor laws.
- Support monthly payroll preparation and coordinate with the finance team for timely processing.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic disciplinary issues professionally.
- Monitor probation periods, prepare confirmation letters, and update HR records accordingly.
- Organize staff engagement activities and assist in training coordination and performance appraisal processes.
