**Human Resource Executive**

(Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor)

**Responsibilities**:

- To introduce employee enhancement programs to improve productivity and cohesiveness.
- To maintain the employee handbook with policies & procedures and organizational staff chart.
- To ensure management actions conform to the employee handbook and labor laws.
- To oversee the annual employee review process with documented performance records.
- To manage the entire hiring process.
- To manage orientation and introduction of new employees.
- To maintain up-to-date personnel information and files.
- To process monthly payroll.
- To address personnel-related issues, including counseling.
- To administer employee benefits.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 4 years of progressive leadership in a Human Resource position.
- Up-to-date in current employment and compensation law
- Skilled in organization planning, training and development
- Flair to strengthen employee relations
- Well versed in HR2000, Quick Pay is an added advantage
- Demonstrate integrity and sound work ethics
