Dental Receptionist

**TOOTHOUSE DENTAL CLINIC, JALAN WAN ALWI, KUCHING**

**About the role**
We are looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our growing team at in Kuching, Sarawak. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, managing appointment scheduling, and supporting the overall operations of our dental practice.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments, including confirming, rescheduling, and cancelling as needed
- Handling patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, and providing them with accurate information
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date
- Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as processing payments and ordering supplies
- Providing support to the dental team

**What we're looking for**
- Willing to learn, responsible, teamwork and punctuality.
- Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm, polite and professional manner
- Able to communicate in Malay, English and Mandarin
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Able to use computer and Microsoft
