About the role

Dentco Smile Sdn Bhd is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. As a full-time Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our dental practice. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate with Chinese fluently and be willing to work weekends.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
2. Scheduling and managing patient appointments
3. Handling patient enquiries and booking procedures
4. Performing basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and managing inventory
5. Assisting the dental team with various administrative duties as required
6. Ensuring the reception area and waiting room are well-maintained and organised

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak fluent Chinese
3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
4. Proficient in using computer systems and office software
5. Professional, friendly and customer-focused attitude
6. Willingness to work weekends
