Dental Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our growing practice in Kuching, Sarawak. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting the smooth running of our dental clinic. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
• Managing patient records and maintaining accurate documentation
• Handling patient inquiries and addressing their concerns
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as billing and insurance processing
• Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable
• Providing support to the dental team as needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using dental practice management software and standard office software
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
