Assist in clerical and administrative operations.
- Handle document control, distribution, filing, and archiving of project correspondence, documentation, and drawings—both hard copy and softcopy, incoming and outgoing.
- Handle incoming mails (e.g., correspondence, drawings, etc.) including sorting and recording.
- Responsible for quality review of documents and forms to ensure they comply with prescribed procedures.
- Maintain and report administrative issues to Head Office.
- Attend and manage telephone calls, and transfer calls to appropriate persons—ensuring all messages are delivered promptly.
- Arrange dispatch/courier and record all outgoing documents.
- General ledgers and payment
- Customer Database in MS Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
