**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines, focusing on both local and international cuisines.
- Help in the development and planning of menus, including future foods and seasonal items.
- Coordinate and participate in the daily operations of the kitchen’s production.
- Maintain standards of health, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen according to health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, promoting a culture of professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Manage ingredients and inventory effectively, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness of supplies.
- Collaborate with team members and other kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Professional culinary training with a diploma in Culinary Arts, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie, with at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably within a diverse culinary environment.
- Extensive knowledge of local and international cuisine, with a strong ability to adapt and innovate recipes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations effectively and lead a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
