JJob Summary: Being a SMT Production Technician he or she must be able to convert the SMT machines, set up and run all SMT related processes. Responsible to perform minor troubleshooting and monitor the machine performance; escalate to Maintenance if encounter major breakdown. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling the machine and produce output per
- quality and expected target/volume. 2. Support tech team to meet the goals on Machine Down time; Utilization; to improve MTBA / MTBF. 3. Follow equipment specification to do machine set up & buy off. 4. Do shift inline support for continuous production line and ensure equipment in good performance to meet the goals on quality, yield, and cost, utilization and cycle time. 5. Implement the proactive & autonomous maintenance plan, to do the regular maintenance job and to improve equipment capability thru continuous improvement activities. 6. Perform assembly equipment conversion and ensure the continued and smoothed production line. 7. Component value check. 8. Other duty assigned from time to time 9. Promotes and adheres to Company's commitment on corporate social responsibility.
