The **Customer Service Executive (CSE)** is the frontline of our customer interaction. You’ll manage customer inquiries, coordinate service appointments, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**任职资格 Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role (logistics, retail, or service preferred)

**至少三年客户服务相关工作经验(物流、零售或服务行业尤佳**
- Good communication in English, Mandarin and/or Malay is an advantage

**良好的英文沟通能力;会中文或马来文为加分项**
- Familiar with CRM systems (e.g. ZohoDesk), scheduling and ticketing tools

- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

**薪资范围 Salary Range :** RM 3,000 - RM 4,000

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
