**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - To ensure monthly closing accounts prepare accurately and in timely manner. - To update bank reconciliation at month end, reconcile all daily sales transaction in various banks, including online payment, cash sales, credit card sales, e-Wallet sales and online delivery sales. - To accrue expenses where supplier invoices have not been received at month end. - To reclass overpaid expenses to prepayment account. - To accrue payroll expenses at month end. - To update inter-co balance matrix schedule. - To update fixed asset register. - Perform stock take at month end. - Calculate tax provision and tax planning for CP204 submission. - Liaise with lawyers, bankers, external auditors, tax agent and company secretary. - Prepare all audit schedules for closing account purposes. - To assist in other accounts related matters instructed by your immediate Superior. - To assist company in any ad-hoc matters from time to time.
