Korean Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Organize and oversee advertising campaigns (Meta, IG, X Tiktok, and etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Write copy for various marketing materials (brochures, press releases, website content, and etc.) and provide Korean translations.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow social media channels.
- Experience in managing ad campaigns for brands or agencies is preferred, showcasing a solid understanding of ad targeting, optimization, and analytics.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into engaging and accessible content.
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
