Position: Deal and Contract Assist (DCA)
Language: Korean
Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
Working hours: Rotational shift; 8 AM - 8 PM
Working days: Monday to Friday

**Salary**: RM6,250 (basic) + RM1,200 (language allowance)

OPEN TO NATIVE KOREANS AND LOCAL MALAYSIANS

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute essential tasks for intricate and nonstandard deals and contracts.
- Oversee administration and process management: serve as the representative for Deal and Contract Assist (DCA) during specified sales calls.
- Address and resolve escalations from the field and internal elevations.
- Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Professional-level written, verbal and reading in Korean
- Native or non-native with TOPIK 5/6
- Working experience in operations or contract management
- Work experience in an international business setting.
- Proficient planning, organizing, and coordination skills.
- Exceptional communication and engagement abilities when dealing with sellers.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to adhering to policies and processes.
- Capability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during service delivery.
- Proficiency in delivering insights through analytics.
- Employment Pass provided for non-local Malaysians

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM7,450.00 per month

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
