**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Building Manager in daily operations, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and functioning efficiently.
- Supervise building maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure high service standards.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and vendor management while maintaining strict cost controls.
- Address tenant and stakeholder inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and operational policies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Property/Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building or facilities management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management software.
- Knowledge of local building regulations (Strata Management Act) and safety practices is a plus.
