Major responsibilities:
**Industrial/Employee Relations**
- Manage/ monitor staff counseling session, as requested by the superiors.
- Advise line management in deriving appropriate solutions for employees’ issues related to operational human capital matters.
- Undertake the appropriate measures in handling industrial relation matters such as investigation, domestic inquiry, and related documentations/due processes. Also to maintain industrial harmony at the workplace.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Assist the Senior Manager - GHC in executing the remuneration strategy for the Group.
- Analyze and execute the annual increment review process after the completion of the performance review process.
- Advise the relevant stakeholders and management on the appropriate remuneration package for the new hires.
- Spearhead the execution and oversight of comprehensive payroll operations, ensuring meticulous accuracy and full compliance to the Company’s policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist the Senior Manager in studying the market remuneration trend in order to ensure that the Group’s Remuneration Strategy and Package is competitive in order to retain and also attract talent.

**Talent Sourcing**
- Ensure that the Company is manned by competent staff by putting in systems to recruit the right people for the right position.
- Work closely with the HOCs and HODs on any staff movement matters, based on the approved manpower planning.
- Advise/ involve in the development of recruitment system.
- Monitor all relevant movement processes i.e hiring, confirmation, contract renewals/non-renewals are done on a timely manner.

**Shared Services Management**
- Ensuring day-to-day operations on all Human Capital shared service functions are efficiently executed based on the standard governing processes and procedures.
- As a liaison officer with the Human Resource representatives on all shared-service matters.
- Ensuring the relevant information and awareness sessions on any shared service processes are properly shared with employees and/or line managers if applicable.

**Performance Management**
- Ensure the completion of annual performance management process and guide employees on appropriate KPI setting and evaluation (for immediate superiors).
- Analyse the performance review results and assist in coordinating calibration process with the respective Head of Companies/Departments
- Advise the employees and immediate superiors on the relevant processes and timelines to complete the performance review process via Performance Management System (PMS) Module in the HRIS
- Act as a liaison officer with the HRIS vendor in the event of any system issues and determining the relevant timeline to be recorded in the system for each performance review process
- Assist the Senior Manager-GHC in monitoring the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) cases

**Others**
- Maintain HRIS for all modules (update, etc.)
- Assist in HR and Non-HR activities initiated by Group Human Capital
- Liaison officer with UiTM for secondment and other HR-related matters.
- Any other matters as assigned by the immediate superior or the management of UHSB.

Terms and Criteria:

- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource or related field of study.
- At least 5 years of working experience in HR Management or any other specific HR functions.

This post is on a **PERMANENT** basis position.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
