Human Resource Executive

1. Assist in the preparation of orientation program for newly recruit employees and to ensure all relevant documents pertaining to this process is updated and in order.
2. Assist superior in developing and arranging training program and to attend to all matters related to training program and processes for NNR group including with Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
3. Updating of employees record into the Human Resource Information System and training record.
5. Check monthly overtime submission and allowances claim from branches for payroll processing and to submit for payroll processing not later than 20th of every month.
6. Undertake monthly payroll processing from the initial to ending stage, including uploading and issuance of individuals salary cheque.
7. Issue all statutory payment cheques such as EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, Zakat, HRDF and arrange delivery including the attachment.
8. To undertake the responsibility, managing and organizing company trip, company’s excursion and other employee benefit program.
9. Maintain proper documentation on Insurance Coverage for Group Term Life and Group Hospital & Surgical and Group Personal Accident including all NNR Group assets insurance including branches.
10. Maintain a proper filling of all correspondences and reports for Office Administration and Human Resources as accordance to ISO requirement.
11. Assist superior in matters pertaining to Safety and Security for NNR Group and to be actively involve in the Safety Committee including preparation of minutes of meeting.
12. Perform any other duties as and when instructed.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
