Human Resources Admin Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare HR-related letters, including offer letter, confirmation, contract renewal and other official documents.
- Maintain employee personnel files, leave records and ensure employee information is kept up to date in the payroll system and staff portal.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment law, providing advice and support on HR matters.
- To provide support to the payroll team by updating new joiners’ information in payroll software on time.
- Prepare & provide HR relevant reports as and when required (reports including manpower headcount, thumbprint, staff leave).
- Manage employees on boarding and off boarding and ensure its effectiveness.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources / generalist HR role, experience in general office administration.
- Strong administrative, multi-tasking and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing business need
- Proficient in Microsoft office
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
