**HR task**:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening,
- interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage payroll preparation, leave records, and attendance tracking.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management.

**Administration**:

- Oversee general office operations including supplies, maintenance, and office facilities.
- Manage correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Assist in procurement and inventory control of office supplies.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Support ad-hoc admin duties assigned by management.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
- field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR and admin roles.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in English, Malay (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
