What you'll be doing?- Recruitment support: Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from drafting job descriptions to coordinating interviews, helping to build a strong team.
- Employee lifecycle management: Handle onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records, ensuring a smooth experience for all staff.
- Policy implementation: Support the development and enforcement of HR policies, contributing to a fair and efficient workplace.
- Performance management: Aid in creating and implementing performance appraisal processes, fostering employee growth and development.
- Employee support: Provide guidance on HR-related matters, serving as a valuable resource for colleagues.
- ISO compliance: Contribute to maintaining ISO standards in HR functions, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Office management: Oversee office supplies, vendor relations, and administrative tasks, keeping operations running smoothly.
- Budgeting assistance: Help prepare and monitor office budgets, ensuring financial responsibility and compliance.
- Educational background: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, demonstrating relevant knowledge.
- Experience level: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply, as are those with up to 2 years in HR or administration.
- Legal knowledge: Familiarity with the Employment Act and HR best practices, to ensure compliance and fair treatment.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
- Communication abilities: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Language proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is highly preferred, to facilitate interactions with diverse stakeholders.
- Personal qualities: Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals who are open to continuous learning and growth.
