**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all Industrial Relation cases
- To handle all disciplinary process until punishment
- To guide HOD & Manager in handling disciplinary process
- Manage and handle domestic Inquiry
- To prepare Domestic Inquiry Report
- To prepare monthly report on Resignation, Allowance & Salary Deduction, Disciplinary Cases and Notice In Lieu & Bond Recovery
- To handle inquires in regards to disciplinary cases, staff's grievance and complaint
- To represent Company at Labor Department, Industrial Relation Department & SOCSO for EIS case
- To do disciplinary record checking for staff's appraisal
- To prepare case summaries, disciplinary letters and other relevant documentations related to employee conduct and performance & demand letter
- To assist day to day operation needs and ad-hoc task

**Requirement**
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in any field or Executive Diploma in Industrial Relations
- At least 5 years of working experience focusing on Industrial Relations
- Strong knowledge on employment regulation
- Working experience in the aviation is an added advantage
- Well versed in Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967
- Ability to multi-task, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed-oriented and meticulous personality
- Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skill
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
