**The Role**

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Japanese Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating all marketing materials from English to Japanese, providing customer support in Japanese, sourcing for Japanese influencers and bloggers and working with them to create new content or sponsorship, writing SEO copy in Japanese, and localising all ad copy to the Japanese market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and source for Japanese influencers and bloggers who align with our brand, and work with them to create new content or sponsorship opportunities.
- Write SEO copy in Japanese to optimise our website and content for search engines.
- Localise all ad copy to the Japanese market, ensuring that it resonates with Japanese customers and meets local cultural norms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns for the Japanese market.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends in the Japanese market and share insights with the team.
- Perform other marketing duties as assigned.

**The Requirements**
- Native/N2 level Japanese speaker and fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in translating marketing materials from English to Japanese.
- Knowledge of SEO and experience writing SEO content in Japanese.
- Familiarity with Japanese social media platforms and influencer/blogger landscape.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
