Back Office Support Executive

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- To assist and support fin and administrative staff in their day to day operations.
- Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing team.
- Assist sales team in preparing, scheduling and organizing meetings, events and appointments.
- Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
- Conduct marketing research, document and report to marketing department.
- Support the team on projects across digital marketing tasks, support marketing team with any additional ad-hoc projects as required.
- Prepare and reconcile customer balances.
- Correct discrepancies in customer account balances.
- Meet company’s or department goals and objectives.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 1-2 years Sales and Admin experiences in Technology Industry.
- Tactful, organized and able to multitask.
- Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
