Organize, schedule, and coordinate all meetings, appointments, and events for the Chairman, ensuring efficient time management and smooth execution of daily activities.
Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, presentation slides, and related documents for the Chairman. Take accurate minutes and assist in the organization and facilitation of meetings, conferences, and official events involving the Chairman.
Manage all inward and outward correspondence, including investment documents, confidential reports, and emails related to the Chairman's office. Draft professional responses and correspondence for Chairman's review and approval.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in handling all matters concerning the Chairman, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times, especially with sensitive or strategic information.
Coordinate and follow up on key activities, projects, and initiatives under the Chairman's direction. Communicate effectively with the management team and staff, and prepare regular updates and progress reports for the Chairman's review.
Conduct research and gather information on specific topics, industries, or competitors as assigned by the Chairman, and prepare summaries, analyses, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Plan, manage, and coordinate all travel arrangements for the Chairman, including flights, accommodation, visas, ground transportation, and itinerary planning, ensuring comfort and timeliness.
Accompany the Chairman when required during local or international business trips, meetings, or events to provide administrative support, take notes, or assist in general coordination.
Attend to all matters as instructed directly by the Chairman or by any authorized representative acting on the Chairman's behalf.
Monitor and remind the Chairman of important tasks, priorities, commitments, and upcoming deadlines to ensure effective schedule management.
Provide personal assistance to the Chairman in managing day-to-day personal and household matters, such as utility bill payments, childcare, groceries, and other assigned responsibilities.
Ensure the Chairman is fully prepared for all scheduled engagements, including meetings, events, functions, coaching sessions, live sessions, and photo or media appearances.
Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and communications with international business partners and principals related to the Chairman's office, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.
Represent and accompany the Chairman at corporate dinners, business functions, and formal networking events as required.
Remain flexible and available to travel locally and internationally with or on behalf of the Chairman for business engagements or company matters.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
