Electrical & Maintenance Supervisor

**Job Descriptions**:
1. Electrical Systems Installation and Maintenance Retail Outlets, Restaurants, HQ Shop/ Office, Chillers, Cold Rooms, Warehouses, and Factory:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across retail outlets, restaurants, HQ shop/ office, chillers, cold rooms, warehouses, and factory facilities, including three-phase power systems, wiring, control panels, and distribution boards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure electrical components operate efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in three-phase systems, such as motors, switchgear, and control systems.

2. Equipment and Facility Support:

- Ensure optimal functioning of refrigeration units, chillers, cold rooms, compressors, and other facility equipment.
- Perform calibrations and upgrades to electrical systems to enhance equipment performance.
- Provide emergency repair support to minimize downtime at all facilities, including retail outlets and warehouses.

3. Three-Phase Power Expertise:

- Diagnose and repair faults in three-phase systems, such as imbalanced loads, voltage fluctuations, and motor failures.
- Ensure proper connections and configurations for three-phase setups in diverse environments, including retail outlets and storage facilities.
- Monitor and adjust power distribution to optimize energy usage and efficiency.

4. Compliance and Safety:

- Follow electrical safety protocols and adhere to food-grade compliance standards, especially in cold rooms and production areas.
- Ensure all electrical installations meet hygiene and safety requirements across factory and retail facilities.
- Maintain clean and safe workspaces to prevent contamination risks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

5. Preventive Maintenance and Documentation:

- Conduct scheduled maintenance for electrical systems and equipment across all facilities, including retail outlets, warehouses, and refrigeration units.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Identify and address potential electrical issues proactively to prevent disruptions.

6. Coordination and Communication:

- Collaborate with production, refrigeration, and retail teams to meet electrical needs across various locations.
- Escalate complex electrical issues to the Maintenance Manager and propose viable solutions.
- Provide technical assistance during the installation and commissioning of new equipment in warehouses, cold rooms, and retail outlets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
- Possession of a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Chargeman Certificate (AO - A4), or Wireman Certificate (PW 4 - Nil).
- Strong initiative, highly motivated, and resourceful, with a proactive approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Capable of working independently while demonstrating responsibility and efficiency.

**Preferences**:

- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in industrial and commercial settings, including retail and warehouse environments.
- Expertise in three-phase power systems, refrigeration units, and cold storage equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and compliance regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical issues clearly.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
