About the role

Seamec Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to join our team at SEAMEC MALAYSIA SDN BHD in Shah Alam, Selangor & Masai, Johor. As an M&E Site Supervisor, you will play crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operation of our projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality work. Consistently demonstrating good performance in a contract role is a strong factor that can significantly increase your chances of being considered for a permanent position with the company

What you'll be doing

  • Design and interpret Mechanical system (ACMV, FPS, plumbing/sanitary and other utilities) and Electrical system (HT, LV, ELV and control or instrumentation) technical drawings.
  • Estimate, prepare and assign recourses required at site such as manpower, materials, equipment and tools.
  • Planning, implementation and monitoring of all Mechanical and Electrical related operations at sites as per approved drawings, specifications, standards and requirements.
  • Provide engineering and technical support at site.
  • Coordinate with Design team, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering team of the project.
  • Support Mechanical and Electrical Engineering team when required.
  • Attend all site meetings and inspections, submit work progress report to the Management regularly.
  • Liaise with authorities, vendor, contractor and subcontractor or customer.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation.
  • Perform other administrative related duties as may be required by the Management.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 or 2 years experience as an M&E Site Supervisor.
  • Through understanding of M&E installation process, equipment and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill, with ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in reading an interpreting technical drawings, specifications and manuals.
