Purnama Solution (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) & Site Coordinator to support our LV & HV grid, OSP/ISP fibre, civil, and HDD projects across Kedah, Perak, Selangor, and Johor.

This role combines safety supervision and basic site coordination, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with TNB/utility standards.

ResponsibilitiesSafety Supervision

  • Monitor daily safety compliance on LV/HV grid, civil, HDD and fibre sites
  • Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety briefings, and site inductions
  • Ensure strict compliance with TNB HSSE requirements and company SOPs
  • Verify site readiness (CBYD, barricading, PPE, grounding checks)
  • Identify hazards, unsafe acts and enforce corrective actions
  • Manage NCR reporting and follow-up for close-out
  • Prepare daily HSSE reports for the project team and HQ

Site Coordination

  • Assist supervisors, chargemen, and project managers with daily work coordination
  • Monitor progress, manpower attendance and basic site supervision
  • Coordinate equipment readiness, work sequence and site arrangements
  • Act as the communication focal point between HQ and the field team
  • Support safe execution of tasks in line with approved method statements

Requirements

  • Valid SSS Certification (NIOSH/DOSH) – required
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering preferred
  • Experience in High Voltage Grid, Transmission, HDD, or Civil projects is an advantage
  • Familiarity with TNB work culture, safety standards, and documentation
  • Strong knowledge of CBYD, JSA/TRA, PTW and NCR processes
  • Able to travel regionally (Kedah → Perak → Selangor → Johor)
  • Strong communication, reporting and coordination skills
  • Malaysian citizens only
