**Job Description**:
Paid Advertising Management
- Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust bidding strategies, and optimize campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
- Analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
SEO Management
- Develop and implement a holistic SEO strategy focusing on on-page, off-page, and technical aspects to align with company goals.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify and target high-value keywords and phrases for optimal content alignment.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure all digital content is SEO-friendly, with appropriate meta tags, headings, and keyword integration.
- Regularly perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues like broken links and crawl issues, and enhance site speed and mobile-friendliness.
- Develop a link-building strategy to acquire quality backlinks and engage in off-page SEO activities to increase site authority.
Progress Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance marketing strategies.
- Present reports to senior management, highlighting progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals.
- Prior experience in managing Google/LinkedIn/Meta B2B lead generation campaigns is preferred.
- Prior experience with Supermetrics, Hubspot, Looker Studio, Metabase or any other related reporting tools is preferred.
- Analytical capability: The ability to identify and dissect data to make informed decisions is critical.
- Agile and flexible: The ability to grow in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to new changes based on data is critical.
- The ability to influence others by maintaining open channels of communication, fostering teamwork, and building relationships with cross-functional and regional teams.
