Sales Performance Analyst

In this position you will....
play a key role in supporting the end-to-end sales performance review process, key account management, and market data analysis to deliver actionable insights. As this is a regional role, you will work across multiple business lines and markets, helping to standardize processes, share best practices, and drive sales effectiveness.
You will be responsible for…
- Partnering with Country Managers and HR teams to define, review, and align sales performance KPIs for Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers, and Retail Sales Ambassadors.
- Managing the full sales performance and incentive process — including data collection, validation, calculation, review coordination, and final approval submission.
- Overseeing quarterly performance review communications across multiple markets in Asia and Europe, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Acting as the primary contact for incentive-related queries, escalating and resolving disputes regarding commission calculations or performance metrics.
- Conducting cross-market analysis to identify trends, share best practices, and support the harmonization and standardization of performance measurement processes.
- Collaborating with Sales Operations to consolidate market insights, support key account management activities, and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
- Continuously review and enhance incentive governance frameworks to ensure transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analysis, Performance Management or Business Support functions.
- Proven experience in sales performance management, incentive calculation, or commercial operations
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive compensation data with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytical or reporting tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- A strong team player who is collaborative, adaptable, and able to work effectively across multiple markets and stakeholders.
